From live fleet deployment and ETA prediction to demand forecasting and routing strategy, we’re solving deeply practical, high-impact problems at city scale. We’re hiring a Data & Technology Lead who’s ready to define, lead, and execute our data strategy, while building and delivering with a globally distributed team.

What you’ll do:
● Define, lead, and execute the data science strategy across product, platform, and operations● Build, manage, and deliver with diverse technical teams across the UK, India, Brazil, and the US● Personally lead the development and rollout of ML models in production, from fleet optimization and demand prediction to pricing and routing● Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and operations to operationalize insights and build feedback loops● Own technology & data infrastructure, and model lifecycle practices: design, build, QA, monitor, and iterate● Build a strong delivery cadence, set technical priorities, and clear blockers to keep teams moving fast● Translate between business needs and analytical approaches, and roll up your sleeves to bridge gaps when needed 
Who you are:
● 6+ years of experience in data science and technology, with at least 2 years building and leading high-performing teams● Comfortable being hands-on and going deep technically while driving team execution at scale● Experienced in deploying machine learning models in real-world, time-sensitive environments● Strong Python and SQL skills, and fluency in modern ML tooling and data infrastructure● Excellent problem-solver with strong instincts for operational systems● Clear communicator who can navigate ambiguity and drive clarity across functions● Background in ride hailing, mobility, logistics, or dynamic marketplaces is a plus Why join Odysse?● ● Build and run the data engine behind a fully integrated, zero-emission mobility platform● Work in a fast-paced, in-person team that values execution, ownership, and collaboration● Join a start-up with real traction, global engineering reach, at SEED-stage momentum● Make an immediate and measurable impact on London’s transportation future
